Needle Rasp – Warding

The Corradi Warding Needle Rasp is designed for shaping, refining and detailing work where larger rasps cannot reach. Its slim, flat-tapered profile provides excellent access in confined areas, making it an effective wood rasp for fine adjustments, edge work and detailed shaping on wood, wax and plastics.

Manufactured from a special alloy steel made exclusively for Corradi, this needle rasp is hardened to over 60 HRC to maintain cutting performance through extended use. This warding rasp is a precision, detail‑oriented hand rasp with a thin, tapered design, ideal for working in tight spaces, helping you enlarge small openings, refine corners and improve surface definition with greater control. A dense #2 cut with approximately 72 teeth per cm² delivers a balanced cutting action that removes material efficiently while supporting a smoother finish than coarser rasps.
The round shank can be used with a handle or comfortably held on its own, giving added versatility for detailed work. Its compact size and precise tooth pattern make it a valuable addition alongside other files and rasps when accuracy matters most. For detailed shaping, fine fitting and surface refinement, this wood rasp offers the control needed for small-scale work.
